As part of the SIC commitment to provide and strengthen new learning tools, the Deputy Superintendence for Competition Protection launched a virtual course on general aspects in the field of competition law.

Its main objective is to transmit the contents referring to the competition law in a playful manner; also, the rights and obligations established by Law 1340 of 2009, Decree 2153 of 1992, and Law 256 of 1996, among other regulations.

The course covers practical activities to complement the theoretical contents. The different actors of the productive sectors of the Colombian market will have a special focus on restrictive business practices, administrative unfair competition, and business concentrations. General aspects of the Colombian Leniency Programme will be the axis of the course.
