The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), in its role as a national authority for the protection of competition, participated as key speaker in the latest session of the Interamerican Alliance for Competition Protection.
Deputy Superintendent, Juan Pablo Herrera, gave an update on successful investigation cases of the SIC in 2020, making clear those elements that have allowed broad and effective enforcement actions in the protection of markets and free economic competition.
Viewers from all over the region were able to connect to this presentation and formulate questions to the Deputy Superintendent in order to bring key information and experiences to their respective national authorities.
The event was organized by the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) of Mexico.
